This may include your name, telephone number, clinic name, clinic logo, treatment and language choices, order correspondence, review decisions and payment references. WhatsApp and other service providers
The WhatsApp links take you to a service operated by WhatsApp/Meta, whose own privacy terms apply. Information needed to fulfil an order may be handled by communication, file-storage, video-production and payment service providers used for that purpose. We do not sell your enquiry or order information.
Patient information
Please do not send identifiable patient information, photographs or health records for standard enquiries or clinic branding. If a proposed custom project involves patient information, the handling arrangements must be agreed before any such information is shared.
Retention and requests
Enquiry and order information is retained as needed to manage the service and maintain relevant business, payment, licence and approval records. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. Some records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations or unresolved disputes.
